A P32N base configuration has zero ovens. a modular unit for mounting on a countertop, refrigerated base or freezer base. The Southbend 16-inch griddle has two burners. The Southbend 16-inch charbroiler has two burners. The thermostatic control for the Southbend 16-inch griddle operates in a stated surface-temperature range of 180°F to 400°F. The range has a stainless steel front and sides, a fully insulated lining and burner box, and a 9-1/4-inch deep front rail. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. gas type: propane. P32 models configured for propane require a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in. W.C.
