Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range, model 4603AC-4TR_NG, is a freestanding commercial range with storage base built for indoor, high-output line service. It pairs (2) 33,000 BTU natural gas star burners with a 48" thermostatic griddle on the right and two convection oven bases below, for a total of 178,000 BTUs; the ovens have 3 racks each, 175°F–550°F thermostats, and can switch to standard oven mode. At 60.75" W x 44.5" D x 59.5" H and 1,075 lb, it’s a full-size floor unit that needs 115V/3PH power for the oven motors, with stainless front/sides, removable cast grates, standing pilots, a front gas shutoff, and an optional cabinet base with center-opening doors for under-range storage.
