The Southbend DMT-6S is a direct-steam kettle mounted on a cabinet base. The Southbend DMT-6S assembly includes one kettle. The Southbend DMT-6S has a rated capacity of 6 gallons (23 litres). The Southbend DMT-6S requires incoming direct steam pressure from 5 psi (34 kPa) minimum to 45 psi (310 kPa) maximum. Standard features include a steam control valve and a deck-mount hot and cold faucet with riser. The food-contact liner of the Southbend DMT-6S is Type 316 stainless steel. The Southbend Steam DMT-6S kettle can be tilted forward 90°.
