The JHPE-3-324 step up hot plate has elevated “step up” rear burners. The step up hot plates have cast iron open burners. Natural-gas step-up hot plates require a minimum operating pressure of 5 inches W.C. The JHPE-3-324 hot plate is listed with 90,000 BTUs. The Jade step-up hot plate has a 3/4-inch FPT gas manifold inlet. This unit must be connected with the gas appliance regulator supplied. Infinite control manual gas valves at each burner for precise heat control. 14 gauge stainless steel all welded construction. JHPE-3-324 is listed as 24 inches wide.
