The Southbend Counterline charbroiler is a countertop model. The supplied cooking grates are cast iron. HDCL-48 charbroilers have 8 burners at 20,000 BTU each. HDCL-48 … natural-gas input of 160,000 BTU/hr. Each straight burner is controlled by a gas valve for independent flame control. Stainless steel front and sides are standard; rear and bottom panels are aluminized steel. The Southbend Counterline charbroiler cooking grids have two positions. Each HDC and HDCL unit has a 3/4-inch gas connection. Each HDC and HDCL unit using natural gas requires a minimum supply pressure of 7 inches W.C. HDC and HDCL units must be installed under a vented hood.
