The Doyon 4T2 Series Artisan Stone Deck Oven has two baking chambers. The interior of each Doyon 4T2 deck is stone. Each Doyon 4T2 chamber has an interior depth of 37.33 in. Each Doyon 4T2 chamber has an interior width of 56 in. The Doyon 4T2 has programmable touchscreen control. The 4T2 has independent element control in the upper chamber, lower stone, and compensation around the chamber entry point. Each baking chamber in the Doyon 4T2 Series Artisan Stone Deck Oven has its own steam tank. The double-deck design is described as using a single-point utility connection for electric, water, and drain, and as providing space-efficient baking capacity. The Doyon 4T2 240 V, three-phase electrical configuration is rated at 18.6 kW. The Doyon 4T2 240 V three-phase configuration draws 48 A. The Doyon 4T2 requires 1 in (25 mm) of clearance around the sides.
