The Southbend electric steam compartment cooker with electric boiler base is model ECX-2S-6-6. The ECX-2S-6-6 steamer has a capacity of 3 pans per compartment when using 2-1/2-inch-deep pans. Each compartment of the ECX-2S-6-6 and ECX-2S-6-10 steamers holds 1 pan at 6-inch pan depth. At 42 kW and 3 phase, the equipment draws 110.2 amps per line at 220 V. The electric steam compartment cooker with electric boiler base is offered with an electrical option rated at 60 Hz. Each cooking chamber is constructed of all welded type 316 stainless steel, fully insulated and provided with removable stainless steel pan supports. Each cooking compartment includes a timer with a 60-minute duration. Each cooking compartment includes a mechanical timer. An audible signal sounds at the end of the cooking cycle.
