Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range, model 4601AA-3TR_LP, is a freestanding commercial range with a 36" thermostatic griddle on the right, four non-clog open burners, and a double convection oven base. At 260,000 BTU total with propane gas, it’s a high-output, full-production floor model rather than a compact line unit, and each oven has a 175°F–550°F thermostat, three racks, and 115V single-phase power with a NEMA 5-15 plug. It also has standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the oven bases, stainless front and sides, a factory regulator, and removable cast iron grates, so it suits busy kitchens that need sauté, griddle, and bake capacity in one range.
