The B-406 char broiler is built-in. The B-406 char broiler has a grid surface depth of 14 1/2 inches (368 mm). The B-406 char broiler has a grid surface width of 21 1/2 inches (546 mm). The B-406 built-in char broiler has an overall width of 24 3/4 inches (629 mm). The B-406 built-in char broiler has an overall depth of 23 1/2 inches (597 mm). The B-406 char broiler is rated for 208 V supply. The B-406 char broiler electrical specifications include three-phase supply. A terminal block is provided for field connection to the main power supply. Temperature is regulated by two infinite controls with a positive-off position and signal lights to indicate a power-on condition. The grate protecting the B-406 built-in char broiler’s self-cleaning elements is made of cast iron. Each self-cleaning element is positioned between the broiler grate ribs to protect against direct food contact and spatula abrasion. The elements also provide dual heating action (conductive and radiant). This unit is designed to be installed in metal counters only.
