Imperial Spec Series IHR-2HT-2-EW-XB is a 36" freestanding electric range with storage base, built for indoor commercial use and sized for high-volume kitchen service. It has two thermostatic wafer electric elements plus two hot top sections over an open cabinet base, runs on 208V/3-phase with 13.5 kW and 46 amps, and uses sealed heating elements with infinite heat controls; the wafer plates are 12" x 12" front and 12" x 16" rear, with a 650°F max for faster heating. The stainless steel build, 3.25" landing ledge, and optional casters/shelf/solid doors make it a fit for line cooking, holding, and mixed-menu production where a compact floor unit with added storage is needed.
