Each well holds four 1/3-size pans or equivalent fractional-size pans. The Wells refrigerated cold pan has a self-contained configuration. The refrigerated cold pan has individual thermostatic controls. The exterior has a one-piece top flange and coved-corner interiors constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel; the exterior body is heavy-gauge, corrosion-resistant steel. The RCP-243 refrigerated cold pan draws 4.9 amps. The RCP-243 refrigerated cold pan uses single-phase power. The RCP-243 refrigerated cold pan has an overall front-to-back dimension of 32-1/2 inches (825.5 mm). The refrigerated cold pan has a 1-inch drain.
