The Southbend P32D-3240 configuration has a standard oven base. Propane. The Southbend P32D-3240 standard oven base has a thermostat temperature range of 175°F to 550°F. The standard oven interior is large enough to fit a 26-inch by 26-inch sheet pan either way. The Southbend P32D-3240 overhead oven is a warming oven. The P32 warming oven is 25 inches wide by 25 inches deep and is located on top of the broiler. The radiant broiler has two broiler burners with separate controls. The top, front, sides and back have a #3 polish 430 stainless-steel exterior finish. The Southbend P32D-3240 standard oven has electronic ignition. Each P32D-3240 unit draws 1.0 A at 120 V. Each P32D-3240 unit draws 1.0 A at 208/240 V. The unit is to be installed under a vented hood.
