The SGM34, SGM24 and SGM1824 models are specified as tube-fired gas fryers. SGM24. The SGM24 fryer oil capacity is 140-150 lb (64-68 kg). gas input btu: 165000. Natural Gas. For the Solid State, Digital Controller, and Computer options, the MEGAFRY gas fryers have a 115 V electrical rating in the 115 / 1 / 60 table row. The tank is constructed of durable stainless steel with an extra smooth peened finish for easy cleaning. A temperature limit switch safely shuts off all gas flow if the fryer temperature exceeds the upper limit. The DVI drain valve interlock safety system turns the heat off, preventing the oil from scorching and overheating. The SGM24 fryer has an “A” dimension of 25-5/8 in (65.1 cm) across its front. The SGM24 fryer sides require 6 in (15.2 cm) clearance to combustible materials. The SGM24 fryer rear requires 6 in (15.2 cm) clearance to combustible materials.
