The JBR-48G-4-3636 range has a 48-inch griddle. The griddle is a 1-inch-thick highly polished steel plate with one 24,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. gas type: natural gas. The required operating pressure for natural gas is at least 5 in. W.C. The range must be connected with the gas appliance regulator supplied.
