The charbroiler section of the Southbend 36-inch sectional range is full-width. The P36-CCC range shown in the front view is 36 inches wide. The P36N-CCC model has a propane input of 84,000 BTU/hour. Six … 14,000 BTU LP … burners are provided with three high/low control knobs. The range's full-width charbroiler has an operating surface temperature of up to 600°F (315°C). Removable cast iron grates have an adjustable front-to-back slope and flip over for either 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch grid width. The range's front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. fully insulated lining and burner box. The P36N-CCC configuration has a modular mount. P36-CCC sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 inches water column for propane. 1-inch rear gas connection.
