The Platinum PRO Series standard gas convection oven is offered in a double-deck arrangement. The Southbend PCGS-PRO-DOUBLE oven assembly has two oven cavities. Each oven in the Platinum PRO Series convection oven has 11 rack positions. Adjacent rack positions in each oven are spaced on 1-5/8 in. centers. The Platinum PRO Series oven is offered for natural gas. The standard-control version has a solid-state thermostat setting range beginning at 140°F. The standard-control version has a solid-state thermostat setting range ending at 500°F. The oven has a stainless steel front, sides, and top.
