The AEP 14 (R,X), 14T (X), and 18 (R) fryer models are electric fryers. AEP (18, 18R) fryers have an oil capacity of 70–90 lb (32–41 kg). Anets AEP18 fryers have a listed input of 17 kW/hr. The fryer tank is stainless steel. The cabinet has a stainless-steel front, door, and sides. Standard features include an element rack, a drain-line clean-out rod, a fryer cleaning brush, and a fryer-cleaner sample packet.
