The HL4-5 heated holding cabinet holds 10 pans of 12 in × 20 in format. The HL4-5 heated holding cabinet holds 5 pans of 18 in × 26 in format. The cabinet has aluminum interior and exterior, double-wall, insulated construction with a removable blower heat and humidity module.
