Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4602DC-3CR_LP, is a heavy-duty floor unit with a standard oven base and cabinet base, built for commercial indoor kitchens. It has four 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with wavy cast grates plus a 36" charbroiler on the right, for a 249,000 BTU propane setup; the oven base is 45,000 BTU with a 175°F–550°F thermostat, fits full-size pans both ways, and includes one rack. Stainless steel front and sides, a manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilots, and battery spark ignition make it suited to high-volume line cooking, grilling, and roasting where a full-width range is needed.
