The Blodgett CNVX-14E electric convection oven is designed to stack with BCX/BX combi oven/steamers. Each section of the CNVX-14E holds seven full size sheet pans at 3-1/4” spacing. Each section of the CNVX-14E has capacity for fourteen 12” × 20” × 2-1/2” deep North American hotel pans at 3-1/4” spacing. The CNVX-14E electric convection oven's 208 V, three-phase power-supply configuration is rated at 53 A. The CNVX-14E electric convection oven's 208 V, three-phase power-supply configuration is rated at 19 kW. The standard programmable manual control stores up to 100 recipes. The oven has a four-speed, bi-directional fan; the page says its reversible multi-speed fan provides optimum baking and roasting results. The CNVX-14E electric convection oven has a Hydroburst steam injection system. The CNVX-14E has a coved corner liner for ease of cleaning, and stainless steel top, front, sides and back.
