70AV. The Anets 40AV and 70AV fryer models have a tube-fired design. The Anets 70AV fryer model has an oil capacity of 65 to 80 lb (31 to 39 liters). The Anets 70AV fryer has a gas input rate of 95,000 BTU per hour. The Anets 40AV and 70AV fryers have thermostatic control. The Anets 40AV and 70AV fryer models use a standing pilot light design. The fryer has a blower-free atmospheric burner system. The Anets 40AV and 70AV fryers have a gas connection sized 3/4 in. The Anets 40AV and 70AV fryers require natural gas supply pressure of 7–10 in W.C. The fryer includes a 1.25 in (32 mm) full-port drain valve, two twin regular-mesh fry baskets, a tube rack, a drain extension, a clean-out rod, a removable basket hanger, and 6 in (152 mm) adjustable legs. The fryer has a high-temperature safety limit switch and a built-in integrated flue deflector.
