The Blodgett DFG-200 is a gas convection oven. The DFG-200 is a full-size, bakery-depth convection oven. Each DFG-200 extra-depth baking compartment accepts five 18-inch × 26-inch standard full-size baking pans. The DFG-200 temperature control range has an upper endpoint of 500°F (260°C). The DFG-200 temperature control range has a lower endpoint of 200°F (93°C). gas input btu: 120000. The DFG-200 Natural Gas inlet pressure range is 7.0–10.5 in. W.C. per section. The recessed Artisan Touchscreen Control allows manual and recipe cooking, cook and hold, probe cooking, fan delay, and fan pulse. The DFG-200 has a full angle-iron frame; stainless-steel front, top, and sides; and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides, and bottom. The first DFG-200 oven power-supply option is rated at 115 VAC. The DFG-200 115 VAC power-supply option is rated at 6 A. The first DFG-200 oven power-supply option has a 3-wire configuration.
