Southbend Ultimate Range model 4602DD-3CR_LP is a 60-3/4" wide freestanding commercial gas range with a standard oven base, set up for propane and 294,000 total BTU. It’s a high-output floor range with (4) 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners, a 36" charbroiler on the right, and two 45,000 BTU standard ovens with porcelain interiors, 175°F–550°F thermostat range, and one rack each, so it fits high-volume cooking, grilling, baking, and roasting on a single line. Built with stainless steel front and sides, cast iron grates, standing pilots, battery spark oven ignition, and a front manual gas shut-off, it’s aimed at busy commercial kitchens that want a heavy-duty all-in-one gas range rather than a smaller countertop or single-oven unit.
