The Southbend Platinum Series standard gas convection oven is a single-deck oven. Each Southbend single-deck convection oven cavity has 11 rack positions. The oven's rack guides are heavy-duty and removable; five wire racks are provided with each oven. gas type: natural gas. The Southbend Platinum Series single-deck convection oven's control panel is positioned away from the oven's heat zone. The oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain-enamel finish.
