The open burners of the Jade Bistro Step-Up Range are controlled by infinite gas valves. JBRE-3-4. JBRE-3-4 … have seven open burners on the supplied top. The open burner is cast iron and available in 15,000 or 20,000 BTU. The JBRE-3-4 range is rated at 120,000 BTU. The required operating pressure for the Bistro Step-Up Range configured for natural gas is a minimum of 5 inches water column. The range has a 14 gauge all welded body with stainless steel front, sides and stub back. All gas tubing is stainless steel throughout. JBRE-3-4 has a cabinet base configuration. The JBRE-3-4 range is 36 inches wide. The JBRE-3-4 range is 31 inches deep.
