Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4603AD-4GR, is a high-volume line-up piece with two 33,000 BTU star burners, a 48" manual griddle on the right, plus both a 45,000 BTU standard oven base and a 32,000 BTU convection oven base. It runs on natural gas with 120V/3-phase electrical for the convection motor, has a 60"-class footprint at 60.75" wide x 44.5" deep, and needs 10" clearance on the sides and rear. Built with stainless front/sides, removable cast-iron grate tops, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the oven bases, and a front gas shut-off, it suits a busy commercial kitchen needing a range, griddle, and oven capacity in one floor unit.
