It carries (2) 33,000 BTU star burners plus a 48-inch manual griddle to the right, for 178,000 total BTU, so it fits high-volume kitchens that need both sauté and griddle capacity in one floor unit. Fuel/power is natural gas with 115V, 3-phase electrical for the oven systems, and the build includes stainless front and sides, a manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilot open tops, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and optional center-opening cabinet doors.
