Southbend Ultimate Series 60" commercial gas range, model 4603DC-2RR_LP, is a floor range with standard oven base built for high-volume kitchen work. It combines six 33,000 BTU star burners, a 24" raised manual griddle/broiler on the right, and a 45,000 BTU standard oven with a 175°F–550°F thermostat plus one rack, all on propane for a total 276,500 BTUs. The range has stainless steel front and sides, cast iron grates, standing pilot open burners, battery spark ignition for the oven base, and an integrated cabinet base, so it suits a busy full-service line that needs burners, griddle, and oven in one footprint.
