Imperial® ITG-72-E-VENTLESS is a 72" wide electric ventless thermostatic countertop griddle, so it fits against other large flat-top griddles rather than charbroilers or ovens. It runs on 208V, 3-phase, 24 kW/34 amp power and needs a dedicated circuit, with a 72" x 31" x 14" footprint and 4" legs; the 24" deep, 1" thick polished steel plate, six 4 kW serpentine elements, and thermostat-controlled heat with quick recovery point it to high-volume line cooking. Stainless front/sides, a one-piece rolled ledge, 4" grease gutter, removable 1-gallon grease pan, and compatibility with Wells Ventless hoods make it a good fit for busy indoor kitchens that need heavy-duty griddle output without a hooded installation.
