UE20 2V. The UE18 and UE20 frying systems use electric power for frying. Each UE (20, 20R) fryer has an oil capacity of 125 lb (57 kg) / 17 gal (64.4 L). The UE20 fryer has a 20 x 20 in (50.8 x 50.8 cm) frying area. The controller listed as a standard feature for the UE18 and UE20 fryers is designated U23 Controller. The UE18/UE20 electrical-requirements table lists 208 V three-phase supply. UE (18, 20) draws 48 A per line at 208 V three phase. The UE18/UE20 fryer system's filter media is a paper envelope.
