It has two 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with wavy grates plus a 48" manual griddle on the left, for 134,000 total BTUs and a high-volume line suited to busy restaurants or banquet-style production. This propane unit is 60.75" wide x 34" deep x 59.5" high, uses a gas connection with factory-installed regulator and front manual shut-off, and substitutes two stainless cabinet bases for ovens for added underrange storage; casters, flue risers, and other options are available.
