Middleby/Jade Range Titan™ JTRH-18IP-2-36C_NG is a 36-inch heavy-duty gas plancha range with a convection oven below, built for commercial indoor use on natural gas. It pairs (2) open burners with an 18-inch even-heat plancha and 117,500 total BTU, so it fits a high-output line compared with lighter-duty ranges; the 115V, 1-phase electrical hook-up is for the oven controls. Key buyer points are the 5/8-inch polished steel plancha, 14-gauge stainless grease trough, stainless front/sides/stub back, 6-inch plate shelf, adjustable 6-inch legs, and the loose 3/4-inch gas regulator; it suits busy griddle-and-oven service on a compact 36 x 38-inch footprint.
