48" Wide Griddle Range Over (1) Convection Oven And One Open Cabinet. 208V, 1PH. The IR-G48T-E-C-XB range draws 29 A at 208 V, single phase, at J Box ‘A’. The IR-G48T-E-C-XB range draws 58 A at 208 V, single phase, at J Box ‘B’. The griddle top has thermostat controls. The griddle top has a thick, highly polished ½ in (13 mm) steel plate, 21 in (533 mm) plate depth, even heating elements across the griddle section, a 4 in (102 mm) wide grease trough, and a removable grease can for easy cleaning. The large griddle grease can is removable for easy cleaning. The convection oven interior is 22½ in (572 mm) deep. The convection oven interior is 14 in (356 mm) high. The convection oven interior is 26½ in (673 mm) wide. The convection oven has a 5.3 kW convection oven with a ½ hp blower motor that cooks products quickly and evenly with less shrinkage. The exterior has a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge, and kick plate, with welded and polished stainless steel seams. It has a large 4 in (101 mm) stainless steel landing ledge and 6 in (152 mm) heavy-duty legs with adjustable feet.
