P36N-TTT … have a full-width thermostatic griddle. P36N-TTT … gas input of 96,000 BTU/hour for natural gas. The thermostatic control range for the Southbend griddle surface ends at 400°F. The thermostatic control range for the Southbend griddle surface starts at 180°F. The griddle plate is 1 inch thick and has side and rear splashers; the range also has a 9-1/4-inch-deep front rail and a removable stainless steel grease drawer. The exterior front, sides, rear and bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. Each unit has a 1-1/4-inch front manifold that couples to the adjacent sectional unit(s).
