Middleby Imperial Spec Series IHR-2HT-2-EW-C is a 36" wide, floor-model commercial electric range with convection oven, built for high-volume kitchen service. It has two wafer plate burners plus two hot tops, 19.7 kW on 240V/3-phase, with sealed heating elements, infinite heat controls, thermostat hold, and a 3.25" stainless landing ledge; the oven section includes a 5.3 kW convection oven with a 1/4 hp blower, porcelainized interior, electronic ignition, and three chrome racks. With 36"W x 35.875"D x 42"H footprint and heavy-duty leveling legs, it fits a full-line cookline where fast surface recovery and even oven baking matter, and 480V is listed as an available option.
