The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is a single-deck oven. A hood is not required for the Southbend PCES-PRO-SINGLE oven when using the ventless option. The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is heated by electric heating elements. The oven heating elements are available with a combined rating of 7.5 kW. The oven electrical system is available at 240 VAC. The SC standard controls use a solid-state thermostat. The SC standard controls have a lowest stated temperature of 140°F. The SC standard controls have a highest stated temperature of 500°F. The SC-Standard Controls’ cook timer has a 60-minute duration. Each oven has 11 rack positions.
