GCOF-AP1. Single Oven. The Lang GCOF convection ovens are gas heated. The Lang GCOF oven accommodates 18″ × 26″ full-sheet pans. For 18″ × 26″ full-sheet pans, the Lang GCOF oven permits lengthwise loading. The Lang GCOF gas-heated full-size unit has a 55,000 BTU/hr gas input. Solid state temperature control accurate to ± 4°F. The oven has a rear-mounted blower with a two-speed motor and pulse control. The oven exterior is all stainless steel and the cooking compartment is porcelainized steel. GCOF-AP1/T1 and GCOF-AP2/T2 are listed at 7.1 A. The GCOF-AP1/T1 oven's electrical supply voltage is 120 V.
