The Lang Manufacturing Model R30S 30-inch electric range with standard oven base has a heavy-duty duty class. The R30S range has a total electrical input of 14.0 kW at 240 V, 60 Hz, single phase. Separate, independent controls allow precise multi-function cooking and simultaneous multi-function cooking. The range's oven is controlled by an oven thermostat. The 12-inch-high cooking compartment is aluminized steel. The cooking compartment has 2-inch insulation on six sides. The oven has a heavy-duty hinge-down door. The oven has adjustable rack slide supports, and one chrome-plated oven rack is provided. The R30S range requires 100 mm of side clearance from combustible surfaces. The R30S range is 30.0 in deep with standard legs.
