The P32-CC range includes a charbroiler section as standard. The P32-CC range top has a full-width charbroiler. The cabinet-base model has a stainless steel cabinet with two removable doors that open from the center. The P32-C-CC range has 80,000 BTU/hour natural-gas input. The P32-CC range requires minimum gas supply pressure of 7 in W.C. for natural gas. Each P32-CC unit has a rear gas connection sized 1 in. The P32-CC range is 32 in wide, measured across the front-view exterior sides. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. Removable cast iron grates have an adjustable front-to-back slope and flip over for either 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch grid width. The range has stainless steel burner radiants and a removable drip tray.
