The JHPE-3-336 step up hot plate has elevated “step up” rear burners. JHPE-3-336-F is the floor-model suffix form of JHPE-3-336; add “-F” to the end of the model number for a floor model. JHPE-3-336 has 3 burners at the front. The JHPE-3-336 step up hot plate has 3 burners at the rear. The Jade Supreme step up hot plates use gas as their heating energy source. Natural-gas step-up hot plates require a minimum operating pressure of 5 inches W.C. Infinite control manual gas valves at each burner for precise heat control. 14 gauge stainless steel all welded construction. 3/4" gas regulator, included. The JHPE-3-336 hot plate is 36 inches wide. The Jade JHPE-3-336 hot plate has a depth of 29-3/4 inches.
