Middleby/Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4607CC-2CR_LP, is a commercial propane range built for high-volume line cooking, not a compact unit. It has four patented high-output Pyromax open burners, a 24" charbroiler on the right, and two stainless cabinet bases for under-counter storage, with stainless front and sides, removable cast-iron grates, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the bases, and a front manual gas shut-off. At 60.75" W x 34" D x 59.5" H and 224,000 total BTU, it suits busy restaurant kitchens that need a heavy-duty burner/charbroiler combo with storage instead of oven capacity.
