Imperial’s Pro Series IR-2-G24T-EW-C is a 36" freestanding electric range with convection oven, built for commercial indoor kitchens. It pairs two sealed wafer electric elements with a 24" thermostatic griddle over one convection oven, runs on 240V/3-phase at 19.7 kW, and uses a floor-standing 36" x 35.875" footprint with heavy-duty 6" legs; 480V is available as an option. The 650°F wafer plates, infinite heat controls, sealed elements, grease trough/can, and porcelainized oven make it a fit for busy line cooking and mixed-menu production where a single compact range can cover top cooking, griddling, and baking.
