Low Profile Gas Charbroiler. The Model APM-RMB/SMB 600 Series is a low-profile counter high-production charbroiler for space-saving installation on work tables, counters, or properly insulated refrigerated/freezer bases. The APM size 648 / 648-H charbroiler has two floating-steel top grids. Each APM size 648 / 648-H floating-steel top grid has a first-listed dimension of 22 3/8 in (56.8 cm). Each APM size 648 / 648-H floating-steel top grid has a second-listed dimension of 24 3/4 in (62.9 cm). APM size 648 has a standard gas output of 150,000 Btu/hr (44.0 kW). APM size 648 has 10 burners. The APM-RMB/SMB 600 Series charbroiler requires an LP-gas supply pressure of 11–13 inches W.C. (27.4 mbars / 2.74 kPa). The charbroiler has independent gas burners, with individual burner controls mounted every 4 to 4-1/2 inches for flexible use. The unit has double-walled stainless steel construction and is fully insulated on all sides.
