The SPC40 planetary floor mixer has a listed capacity of 42 qt. The mixer comes with a 40 qt stainless steel bowl, aluminum flat beater, stainless steel wire whip, aluminum dough hook and non-slip rubber feet. It has an interlocked removable stainless steel bowl guard with a fully welded ingredient chute, a #12 attachment hub and an interlocked bowl lift.
