The Platinum PRO Series standard gas convection oven is offered in a double-deck arrangement. The Southbend PCGS-PRO-DOUBLE oven assembly has its two oven cavities arranged vertically, one above the other. Each deck of the Platinum PRO Series oven is available with 90,000 BTU gas input. gas input btu: 180000. gas type: propane. phase: single phase. The standard control panel is located on the front, at the right side of the oven. The standard-control version has a solid-state thermostat setting range beginning at 140°F. The standard-control version has a solid-state thermostat setting range ending at 500°F. Each PCGS-PRO-DOUBLE oven cavity has an interior depth of 21.5 in (546 mm). Each PCGS-PRO-DOUBLE oven cavity has an interior width of 29 in (737 mm). The oven has a stainless steel front, sides, and top.
