Southbend’s Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range is a floor unit built for high-volume restaurant line work, combining six 33,000 BTU patented clog-free open burners, a 24" charbroiler on the right, and a standard 45,000 BTU oven base. It runs on natural gas only, with battery spark ignition for the oven, standing pilots on the open top and charbroiler, a manual front gas shut-off, and a factory-installed regulator; the 60.75" x 34" footprint includes stainless front/sides plus a stainless cabinet base for storage. With 307,000 total BTU and full-size oven capacity, it is aimed at busy kitchens that want burner, broiler, and oven functions in one heavy-duty range.
