The Southbend Model 32C range combination top has a cabinet base. Each Southbend P32-GC and P32-TC combination top has one charbroiler section. The griddle section on each Southbend P32-GC and P32-TC combination top is 16 inches wide. The P32-G/TC griddle has thermostatic controls when the T designation is specified. The 16-inch charbroiler has removable cast iron grates with adjustable front-to-back slope that flip over for either 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch grid width, stainless steel burner radiants, and a removable drip tray. P32 models are specified for use with natural gas. gas input btu: 80000. P32 models configured for natural gas require a minimum gas supply pressure of 7 in. W.C. Each P32 unit's rear gas connection has a 1-inch connection size. Each unit has a front manifold that couples to the adjacent sectional unit(s); all sectional units require a regulated gas supply (a pressure regulator must be ordered separately). The range has a stainless steel front and sides, a fully insulated lining and burner box, and a 9-1/4-inch deep front rail. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The Model 32C has a stainless steel cabinet base with two removable doors that open from the center.
