Open burners are 30,000 BTU easy-clean cast iron burners with 12-inch by 12-inch lift-off steel grates. The griddle is a 1-inch-thick highly polished steel plate with one 24,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. Open cabinet bases are constructed of 14 gauge all-welded steel. The required operating pressure for natural gas is at least 5 in. W.C. The range must be connected with the gas appliance regulator supplied.
