Southbend Ultimate Range 4604DD-3CR_NG is a 60-3/4" freestanding commercial gas range with a standard oven base, set up for indoor natural gas service. It’s a high-capacity line cooker with (2) front star/sauté burners, (2) rear 33,000 BTU burners, a 36" right-side charbroiler, and two 45,000 BTU ovens that fit full-size pans, so it suits busy restaurants, banquet kitchens, and other high-volume kitchens needing cooktop, broiler, and oven production in one floor-standing unit. Built with stainless steel front/sides, cast iron grates, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and a factory-installed regulator, it weighs 1,075 lb and requires 10" side/rear clearances plus professional installation.
