The CTBHA/CTBRHA oven has a SimpleTouch capacitive touchscreen control interface. Each CTBHA/CTBRHA oven compartment can be set to a maximum temperature of 500°F. Each CTBHA/CTBRHA oven compartment can be set to a minimum temperature of 200°F. The CTBHA/CTBRHA oven fan motor has ten speeds. The oven has a full angle-iron frame, stainless steel front, top, sides, and vent, and solid mineral fiber insulation around the cooking chamber.
